Courtyard Lima Hotel

The hotel appeared to be recently remodeled, with clean and quiet rooms.

I had to ask for towels both days because our room was never cleaned the first day.

It has great and very good staff.

The location is marvellous, down a hill. The bets part that it's near different restaurants, and dining options. Rooms are well-organised and reasonably spacious with clean towels and a good TV, as for instance, food is decent. The price is just right - US$ 123.

Quick review for busy people

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the location was ideal, surrounded by restaurants and retail options. A standout was the friendly barista in the lobby! Just be cautious about extra breakfast charges.

The lobby features a spacious design with cozy lounge chairs and a nighttime snack market that stays open late-perfect for winding down after a long day. The rooms boast modern updates, with comfortable setups that include a mini-fridge and microwave for easy snacking or late-night meals.

The pillows felt uncomfortable, and I was greeted by a bit of an odor in the pool area, likely from the chlorine-an obstacle for a refreshing swim. Parking charges seemed unnecessary given the hotel's location, and a hefty bill met my wallet unexpectedly upon checkout. It would have been helpful if extra towels were readily available. I had to ask for them both days into my stay due to insufficient supplies in the room.

I appreciated the room with sleeper sofa, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was decent.

I liked the available pool and exercise rooms.

I was disappointed that the cafe where they serve Starbucks was closed for the duration of my stay.

The lemon ricotta pancakes at breakfast were really good, a highlight of my stay. The fitness center was closed, disappointing as I was looking forward to my workout. While the room was clean and met my expectations, I found the parking fees unexpected. This hotel is great for a quick visit but could enhance the experience with better amenities availability.

The staff was very helpful. They gave us directions. They allowed us to put some food in the refrigerator. We were in the area for a funeral and had brought some food for the family with us. I liked the workout room and used the treadmill.

We would have liked to have been provided with a continenal breakfast as part of the room charge for the sake of convenience.

Great hotel with amenities like wi-fi, a coffee shop, luggage storage, and a fitness centre. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with a bottle of water late at night. I recommend checking out their snack bar for a quick bite! I'm coming back for a city trip.

I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and thoughtful layout, made navigating the public spaces comfortable and accessible for someone my age. The staff were cute.

More comfortable seating in the common areas.

The outdoor lounge area and cozy reading nook were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the breakfast options weren't my favorite, but I found plenty of places nearby to grab a bite 😊
